1.
Thanks for you views. Lexar it will be and few more £ in my pocket =)

  2.
I am looking at getting some CF cards from Amazon and looking at the price difference it seems logical to go for the Lexar ones. Both are 160 mb/s read and from what i can tell the wite speed are the same. Is there any real reason to spend the extra £40 ish on getting the 64GB Sandisk over the same Lexar or is it as I suspect more brand loyalty?

    CF vs XQD

I am curious what will happen with the D4x /D5 when it arrives. I think twin XQD is on the cards vs what we have now. As for conversion surly the fact that they are 2 completly different interfaces rule that out totally?

    CF vs XQD

I have just got my D4S and now have the dilemma of if I get XQD or CF cards for it. From what I have read CF is not being developed any further as a standard and so is capped at 160mb/s but is still widely used. On the XQD side it is much faster and a new standard but it only used on the D4/S and few high end Sony camcorders. I am tempted to go XQD but dont want to spend on what could be a turkey! What do you think?
