Thank you Jake and Ernest for your compliments! @ Jake: Many people turn away from IR photography after either seeing bad examples of IR images or not wanting to deal with the IR post-processing. I believe that IR photography is very interesting. If processed properly and creatively, it can provide stunning photos! I hope that my IR images can inspire others (perhaps finally convert you too!) to start shooting IR images and explore this "invisible" world of photography. P.S. Love the Shakespeares' quote! ~Henry

Chinese garden in Infrared B&W conversion

Hi Teddy, It is a very nice portrait shot. Lovely model with interesting pose. Two things that you might want to change/retouch are: (1) Her right eye appears to be bigger than the left one. (2) Lighting ratio is relatively low, so the image seems little flat. Otherwise, it is a lovely image. Cheers, Henry

Chinese garden in Infrared B&W conversion
henry_nguyen4 commented on henry_nguyen4's gallery image in Landscape
Hi Jake, Thanks for your feedback. It came with a surprise that you thought the IR B&W conversion could "execute" the Chinese garden. It is certainly not my intention..hehe! I know that it might be challenge to the viewer to appreciate the IR photography since most of us prefer traditional and color photography. However, I hope that this conversion could simply present a different look of the Chinese garden. A more traditional/typical look of this garden can be viewed in my other photos which I will upload shortly. Thanks again for your opinion and it is good to know other perspectives. Henry
