I agree with Karim concerning colors/textures/tones. A different time of the day will give you better results. I do see the horizon line issue, but it doesn't bother me, I rather see an amazing shot, then an aesthetically perfect one. Maybe play with it a bit in post and see what you can come up with, nice shot, i'm itching to go mysef! Cheers!

Gorgeous scene, especially the clouds in front of the sun, and a sail boat as well! composition is good, Might i suggest tweaking to differentiate the sea from the sky... unless that's the look you were going for :)
