  1. looks like mine only cover 3.5x2.5 plate, according to this page from Dustin's source yes, this lens is said to be used by a cinematographer, i am just not sure about the bayonet mount.
  2. thanks Dustin, great input, and nice to learn all these info the lens does come with a focus ring, the original owner was a cinematographer in hollywood. not sure what kind of camera was this being used for though? any idea?

  5. the camera was dropped before, autofocus not working only manual now, i can live with that but the viewfinder has two grey sides that affect composition, this has nothing to do with the 5:4 setting, tried that but did not work anybody may have this similar issue? searched online, found at least one person had similar issue but not sure whats wrong. d800 viewfinder-video

  7. <p>Hi Brian,<br> wow, looks pretty good, sharp and contrasty. I have not yet tried it, definitely will post some examples when I get to it, nowadays it really takes me some time to run through a roll, shooting film slows me down, good thing though.</p>
  8. <p>thanks, John, Brian for the responses, looks like both Canon and Nikon made good 3.5cm, I guess I will try to look for either of them. <br />I may keep this chiyoko as it came with a canon RF.</p>
