Great composition, with pastel tones and great skyline as well.

i love this nostalgic photo! everything draws us in.. its like we are standing within the shot itself.Timeless .

Lovely, photograph. The capture is so candid and makes us wonder what he is thinking? The sepia tones give it a casual feeling along with the wrinkles of the shirt...........my best Stephanie

Hi Tom.. the isolated man in the corner makes this shot for me. Personally just the on-looking in the corner would have made for an even more interesting photo. There is something very antiquated about the photo and the black framing adds to what could be a very good composition. J ust my thoughts.

. the lighting works well. the colors of flames from a matchstick with the blue and yellowy copper hues. a warm photo is how a would best describe this.

hi Daniel. I too love his photo. The lighting the scale of the woman in contrast to the steps. I however dont like the chairs.they seem out of place. they remind me of a plastic society.Perhaps that is the point of the photo. a contrast between new and old worlds. new ideas and old traditions?

nice dichotomy Pierre.

very good photo. the cat is clear as a bell and the d.o.f.. as well. not easy to get a cat to keep still and look directly into the lens as you have captured here.

For me this is taking the ordinary and turning it into the extraordinary. Great composition with the lines pulling us into the subject, the traditional triangle shape of the man and the two lighted areas beside him and the minimalistic approach all make this photo very artistic and just an all around good photograph.

hi Mark. Stunning. I love the way you caught the light reflecting off the water! Its just brilliant the whole shot.Steph.C

Hi Paul. There is a lot to be said about a mans chair. A finger print of sorts of a mans life. Well captured here.It reminds me of The Archie Bunker chair or what it may have looked like today.

i like the opposing views here. its a photo of devastation, chaos, and yet the photo is so perfect and well organized, makes for an interesting point of view.
