1.
Good evening,
I have a Carl Zeiss 50mm Makro lens on a Canon 5d Mark III body. I´ve always worked with zeiss optics on medium format, and when the opportunity came to purchase one for the canon system, I did so. From the beginning, the lens did not "coupled" with the focus confirmation on the camera. It tool a +17/18 micro focus adjustment to make it satisfactory close to the focus confirmation. After the long explanation, I wanted to inquire about this: the lens is superb in any way, and I´m tremendously happy with it, but isn´t a +17 micro focus adjustment way to strange? Is this kind of result normal, or is there something to be concerned?
I now it is not a Canon made lens, and it is obviously MF, but such disparity between the focus confirmation dot, and the actual focus plane placement is somewhat scary, considering the maximum amount of MFA possible is +20.
Does anyone has the same arrangement (body and lens), or the same problem is the Zeiss ZE´s?
Best Regards,
Diogo Sousa

 2. Good evening,

does anyone have a Bowens Traveller 1500/3000G electronics schematic, or know where to find one? My 1500 e 3000G generators stoped working due to short circuit, and I´m trying to fix them myself, since I don´t have the money to purchase a new model, and have no problem finding components.

Best Regards,
Diogo Sousa
