Beautiful! Great timing!

I really like the innocence of this photograph. And I really like the double reflection, could have been a little stronger stage right. Good work, John

I just stubbled on you humming bird shots (four in a row) on pn's site and I am very impressed with your ability and patience. Great work

Patsy, thank you for your comment. I notice that you have shot a lot in KY: Daniel Boone Nat.' Forest. Not sure but some of your shots look like they were shot around the Breaks Interstate Park? Just wondering! You have an excellent eye! Thank you! Nolan

Thank you Giuseppe, I try to shoot better each time I pickup a camera ... I shoot flowers mainly because they do not talk back! They are also planted for light or not! Thank you again, Nolan

Excellent capture! Nolan

Great shot, really good reflection showing a lot more then one might realize!

Beautiful light, thank you for seeing it!

I love this portrait, my only take back would that the profile shot is a little big. Looks as if the individual is "nose to the wall". Maybe resizing the shot would make it more pleasing than it is.,, the right edge is also eye catching, maybe eliminate that in cropping. Beautiful! Thank you for sharing

Thank you, sorry it has taken this long to respond. It is time consuming as well as difficult to stop these birds. I do have goals for capturing hummers and will try to get what I want until I do! Keep checking, Nolan

Thank you, I shot this in color and converted to B/w ... I started shooting in b/w a hundred years ago and still think its the way to shoot & see things to get to the depth of a subject! Although when I shoot in color I am impressed sometimes by how the light (natural) effects a subject. Thank you for both comments on the same subject! Nolan

Drew me right in ... had to see it large! Great vision, beautiful result!

Been wondering what a hummer would look like in black and white and you nailed it in my book. Great work!

This is the hardest flower to photograph and get something of quality in the work. You did it wonderfully. Looking forward to more.
