1.
Thanks everyone for the responses and feedback. It has helped me narrow things down a bit. I think I might investigate the Bronica SQ-A, Hasselblad and maybe the Mamiya 6 (though it looks like a bit over my budget).
KEH was mentioned as a good place to look for a camera. I have spent some time on their site and they are here in the Atlanta area so I should get super-quick service. There's also another camera shop in the area that I had my Nikkormat FTn CLA'd. He has a lot of different cameras so I can try a bunch out.
In the meantime if anyone is looking to sell a camera I'm definitely interested!

 2.
I started as a "serious" photographer in 2011 with a DSLR and really enjoyed it. I got back into film photography in 2012 with a Rolleicord Va and fell in love with it, especially with B&W film. The Rolleicord has helped me make some of my best images and now I'm looking for another medium format film camera to complement it.
My main goal is to get something that would allow me to use a variety of lenses. While I really enjoy the square format the Rolleicord gives me I'm definitely open to options. I would like to find something that isn't a bear to use handheld. I'd like to be able to use it for some street photography in addition to the cityscapes, architecture and automobile photography I've used the Rolleicord for. I haven't really started the search yet so I'm open to pretty much any good suggestions. Budget is somewhere South of $1,000 if at all possible.
Looking forward to any ideas or suggestions!
