Works well in b&w. The addition of texture on the hat (shells), necklace, blouse (tied ribbon) and pants (stitches) adds to the quality of the portrait.

Beautiful. A mix of tradition with a hint of high tech.

A unique photo for this site. Disturbing look on his face. Maybe he looks more friendly after a beer or two. Excellent photo. Thanks for sharing it.

Beyond strange. I like creative thinking and you've done well at placing your creative idea into a photo. Keep up the creativity!

Curious as to why your photo isn't rated more highly. It's an excellent photo, it works. Great job Chuck. Looking forward to more of your work.

Thank God these two are on a bike and not driving a car. Something we don't see too often, so a great capture. Very cool photo Ruud.

What is this creature? Amazing detail! Excellent macro!

Do bears have sex in the woods? Apparently so! Not something you see too often. Great timing and photo.

A perfect photo. Kudos!

The second photo seems better but changing the contrast brought out the reflection more. This would require lots of getting in close to make it all 'disappear.'

This is such a unique auto. I'd love to have one. Looks like something out of the Jetsons. As far as taking it's photo, it's rear quarter panel told on you with a reflection. One way to avoid this is to drape something over you that's the same as the background, which in this case is overcast gray. Anyway, it's a wonderful photo and I'm glad you've shared it with us!

Chariot wheels? Very nice composition Jaap!

Why people on this site have problems with angles I'll never know. I liked this photo when rating and rated highly on it. I love how it documents everyday life. Keep your camera busy and sharing your photos!

Would be a far better photo if you'd cropped out the photographer in the doorway to the right. Otherwise, great shot.

Beautiful composition! In taking the 18 photos, the sun would have moved on you. How did you overcome this?
Also, did you use Photoshop photmerge these photos? If so how? Did you group them as a three sided merge 18 times or group all the sides together, then the middles ones, then the other sides...then bring them together as three huge portions?
However your approach, it's a wonderful photo to look at.

Simply beautiful!

I drew my portrait in it's entirety from this blurred photo. You can
see the complete drawing in my profile as it is my profile 'photo.'
The only part of me drawn in color are my eyes as they are looking
forward to change, rather than living in the bland past. This also
explains the colors beside and behind me.

Wonderfully done capturing the lights as you have!

Kudos Mark for using a mature model with natural breasts. Nicely posed, well-presented in a manner to eliminate any 'naughtiness' while still presenting her shape. Excellent presentation of a beautiful model.
