Technically it could not be any better. The way the girl is positioned, I thought she was praying. With that heavenly light, I might have moved her into the light in a praying position. Just my thoughts on a very good image.  

I am really not crazy about the outcome. I guess it is a matter of taste. Sorry.

This is part of the problem with photo.net rating. There are no words to help you understand why people rated a particular way and it can be quite frustrating resulting in many, many, members who do not ask for ratings.

I would probably rate it a 4 or a 5 for many of the reasons that Fred mentioned. I don't like the leaning 'tower', I don't like the color of the sky; there is no warmth (I am sorry to say) from the gentleman - he appears to be tight-lipped and uncomfortable with this photo shoot.  Maybe if you get them to make contact with their faces that might change the outcome. The tower and the clock occupies a large portion of the image and that emphasis should be changed.

Of course, this is just my opinion.
