I am as captivated (or more) by the details and transformation of flowers as they age and wither as when they are fresh and at their 'peak'. This is an older rose on one of our rose 'weeds' (I've tried for years to kill this by cutting it down to the ground but it won't die). </p><div>

<p>I like the simplicity of Honeysuckle. This is probably one of the invasive (locally) Asian vine species.</p><div></div>

<p>This past weekend was a street art festival that also had a white VW Beetle available for youngsters (mostly) to draw on with erasable markers. Some interesting doodles. D700 with Micro-Nikkor 55mm f/3.5.</p><div></div>
