Anyone is using HDR for black and white photography ? This HDR it has a big potential, I like HDR photographs I am just not sure this will work for black and white.
I have been doing photography all my life, in dark room, now mostly digital and HDR is pretty interesting, even though I find a lof of work that is over saturated and with too much contrast.

Since your rolls are expired you never know what will come out. This is what makes everything more interesting, especially since you are try to get abstract photography.
This will be for sure great black and white photographs.
Please post some images when they ready.
Thank you

I think I have to dedicate more time to my darkroom, ever since I converted to digital I spend too much time in front of the computer.

Every photographer is looking for something different, fine art photographer is looking for unique and beautiful pictures, some photography masters fine fine art in ugliness, it is all relative.
Black and white photography is the origine of this great medium and suits me very well. I love taking black and white pictures as well as see what other people are photographing.

I have statement.
Share beauty of nature through black and white.
Photography is art for me , I am trying to record all beautiful shows nature is giving me.
Fine Art photography is the way to do it , it works for me and I hope I can translate it well.
Black and white pictures are great way to show that simplicity wins.
How do you identify a photography project?

The project or the series is a open topic for me.
If you art photographer or an artist in any medium I do not think you have a specific timeframe. You might work on a project and then close it and never come back to it, for me it is all open expierence..
Sometimes I would start photographic specific object and then put together a series.
Soetimes I come up with a new idea and know this work will belong to the specific series or I can call it a project.

For examples I have been doing Plastic Landscapes for a year and so and know that this plastic compositions in my landscapes will belong to my plastic series.
At the same time i do my classical landscape, traditional black and white landscape that i have been doing for a long time.

In the landscape work I can later pick a up ocean or trees or mountains and so on.

This i what I love about art it is flexible and you do what you feel is right, what you feel will be great, beautiful, different.
