Thermal Wonderland between Taupo and Rotorua on the North Island of
New Zealand. This is a small stream flowing to the main Champagne
Pool.
Everybody just walk past this without noticing it at all. The
movement of the green moss was just to beautiful not to capture and
share.

The doubtful Sounds are located on the south-west side of the south
island of New Zealand.
It rains 300 days of the year and my guess is that a sunrise like
this one is a very rare event.
It was beautiful and taken from a fast moving ferry. I was surprised
with the results taken at this low light and moving ferryboat.
Enjoy and please rate this photo.

Mirror shot of Wellington City. Still trying out the Nikon D1X at
Night Time! This camera still manages to surprise me with the
results. Digital is here to stay.

Lucky shot on a Sunday afternoon driving through the Wairarapa (North
Island) in New Zealand. Unfortunately I only took one photo at this
seen and only realised the potential afterwards. Enjoy and comment
and ratings are welcome. Copyright Smileypics Limited

Make me homesick. I love the Kruger Park. Hope to go back one day.
From a cold and windy Wellington New Zealand.

The dark cloud at the bottom of the frame is a mountain.
I used f22 at 1/6 because at ISO 125 I wanted maximum DOF and the
highest grain possible on the D1X. I am new to the digital
photography and I use this forum to learn.
What could thus be wrong with using these settings? Any suggestions
to improve? I am open for learning so please explain why you asked
the question.
