I'll bet this is really intense in a 8x10 or 11x14. These small files aren't the greatest for viewing intense photos like this. But you can tell it's good

I like it. Good capture, contrast and detail. A interesting subject

AJ, another nice photo. I wonder how it would have looked with a little more contrast and saturation, not a lot though. I do like it

You've either traveled in time, or caught a reenactor. Either way a great photo. I would swear it was 1942, Good photo

I really do like this photo. But I think to truly enjoy all the elements of it, you would have to see a 8x10 or even a 11x14. There are just so many thing occuring in it. The differences of texture, sharpness, and stages of neglect of the building alone make an intersting photo. But then the father and daughter centered there make it really visually exciting, IMHO.
But you do loose something when you can only see a small photo. that's the problem with a forum like this, on the small phot you almost want to crop it tighter to see more of the man and child. But's it really good.
Thanks for sharing it with us

It was a bright day, I never thought of it, but your right regarding the Pan F. Good observation

I like the effect of the moon almost sitting on the rim of the glass. The dark colors, broken only by the moon light's silhouet of the glass are quite nice also. There is also the convergint of the lines of the dock and the horizon.

The photo is really different. I've never used the Spiraltone 100 f/4 soft focus, but it is soft. Nice tones and wonderful contrast. I like the slight reflection of the moonlight of the glass lip and wine. Nice effect.

Hi Lex
I do believe this is what street photography is all about. Capturing that illicit moment in time. I'm guesing, but was there a hydrant near by?? You can see some "water spray" in the far side by the little boy. I like the look on his face, but i wonder how it might have looked with more the hydrant in the photo, and maybe not the standing lady?? Anyway it's a good capture

a real portrait of a real person. His features and expressin tell a whole story

When I first saw it on the critique area, I loved the effect. For me it's very spiritual and almost supernatural. Soo cool

What I like is how the track draws you into the photo. Not to mention the wonderful color sky in a B&W photo. I wish I would have taken it.
Really Gallery Quality work

Great view of the lilly

Great contrast, and there is also a wonderful contrast between the sharpness of the tower and almost "sodftness" of the sky beyond. Very well done
