  1. <p>Okay so after posting I gave it some more thought. Some of the spots clearly have the look of lens flare. When I think of it and look closely at the photos that are affected I can see a pattern of high iso, slow shutter and some very local light sources. In the picture uploaded the camera was on a tripod right next to a wall lamp (I didn't have a choice:-)). I guess this explanation could also work for Jason's problem?<br>

I am new to this site, but I found while searching for an answer to 'why does my photos have blue spots'? - Now contrary to Jason I'm shooting digital with a Nikon D300s thus the film is not the issue (at least not in my case...). I have (I hope) uploaded a directly from raw-file cropped version of the blue spots on my photos. Several of my photos from that night has them and all from different angles and light. I shot that night with a Sigma 28mm at f/1.8 and a fairly high ISO.<br>

    I hope you can help.<br>
