  1. Lumix G9, Fuji's Medium Format (GXF?), new Nikon Z6/7, Canon's new R, Lumix GX8. All these have great EVF finders according to reviews. But again, you really need to get them in your hands and try them out.
  2. And you have gone through the whole sequence of screens with the "Disp" button? If not, make sure you are on the "right" rear LCD screen (there are about 5-6 I think).
  3. Since it seems we can post more than one image, here is a gentle memorial along a favorite hiking path. Palette softened for modesty and reverence.
  4. Thinking of previsualization during a hike this weekend. SOOC JPG, old school. Still fun.
  5. Yes, incorrect link. Photographer who does a wide variety of work. Primarily with Olympus Micro Four-Thirds gear. Try this one: http://www.sewellshouse.co.uk
  6. Sure sounds suspect. Check special settings or effects. Manual, 1/60, 5.6, center focus w/ tiny box. Good light and contrasty target. Sometimes my focus point gets moved inadvertently and I have issues similar. I've toyed with turning off the touch screen, but I like the eye-level focussing wizardry. At least when it works, which is 95% of the time.
  7. mu-43.com and DRReview.com have Micro Four-Thirds discussion groups. MichaelSewell.com has just jumped into a Fuji MF system to supplement his MFT system. Check his blog.
