1.
Hello,
I would like to hear some opinion about these lenses.
I just sold my 24-70 to buy one of these, but I cannot decide!
I like to travel so 16-35 would be a great fit for my purpose, while
I cannot give up the wide aperture feeling at 35mm.
[somehow 35mm f1.4 costs about $2000 in Korea]

If I get 16-35, I am thinking about getting 50mm too,

Any suggestion or alternatives?
Thanks.

 2.
Hello, I was wondering if I can get my M3 customized.

I would like to see something different, and thought of white vulcaite,
Although M9 Special Edition comes that way, but I think it is still somewhat special.
Can I get a white vulcanite on my M3?
or Do I need to put white leather instead?
Thnaks

 3.
Bob/ Thanks for the link.
It seems like 35lens has been included in some recent ones, but it would be safe not to assume that it will be up there for the next rebate.
GRRRRR...$150-off deal will be so great...

 4.
Hello, I just sold my 24-70L so I can get 35mm f/1.4L.
I remember that this lens was on rebate last time, and the deal was $100 off, I believe.
I was wondering if there would be a rebate on this lens next time.
Thanks

 5.
Hello, I am thinking about getting used 24-70L

I contacted one and he is selling one at 1100.

the lens has UX serial, and in good condition, and HOYA? filter comes with it.
seems like he bought it at BH...
Is this a good deal?
or should I offer some lower price like... say $1000?
Thanks

 6.
Hello, I am living in somewhat small college town(relatively... compared to where I lived before)

So I could not find private photo lab around,
And the university devices are only available to art students, (which seems RIDICULOUS since they use engineering school's everything!!)

So. The only option I have left with is going WALGREENS.
How much would it cost to get my 36 counts film?
Thanks.

 7.
Hello,
My sister's camera just got broken.
Her roommate mistakenly dropped it... so she is going to pay for it...
but the problem is... she is kind of on an edge financially.

I am from korea, so the camera is under Canon-Korea warranty, which seems to be not covered here in the united states.

So.. here is my question.

I heard about the camera repairing store called "International Camera" in chicago.
-It would be the fastest way to get the camera fixed ( She is an art student and final exam is coming soon)
-And it would be cheeper, so it would not cost the roommate much...
-However, I am wondering if it is safe to use third party repair shops? (in every aspects.)

Please let me know how to handle the problem. Thanks.

 8.
Ben/
It was sent from California, then it was shipped to china.
seems totally unreasonable to me.

I was wondering if there is any scam using this method.
I was given a tracking record, but the package is not coming to me.

 9.
Hello
I just bought Hexanon Lens for my leica m3 on Ebay

And with the tracking number I got,
I see that the package is in CHINA, whereas I live in Illinois, and the sender supposedly live in California.

Do you think it is possible that it is normal?
Or do you think it is a scam?
Do you think there has been a mistake?

Please let me know what you think.
Thanks
Regards,

 10.
Hello,
I just finished my first three rolls processed, and LIKE them except that about three of the images totally got white.

Here's my problem...
I don't have a scanner.
I can either get them scanned at somewhere like walgreens or local photo lab,
But I thought it would be less expensive and fun in a long run, and possibly annoying.. hah...

So I was wondering if I can get some recommendations here
I would like them under $1000 since I believe I have been spending too much on film camera thing lately. Thanks for reading and the recommendations.

 11.
I have a quick question.
I had multiple of leica lenses (my dad has been a leica user....)
But All those lenses had serial number on the lens, but
this summicron does not have serial number written on the lens.
its serial number is 3307742
and was made in Canada.
Which version is it?
And what is it like? compared to other versions?
And how much would it cost if it is in EX+ condition???

Thanks in advance.

Regard,

 12.
Hello, I have a quick question about the differences among the early M bodies.

I can see that the M3,2,1,4,5 (and others) bodies seem a little different with each other,
but I would like to know some of the differences except the looks.
I know that M3 has double, single stroke versions, and M4 has newer rewind knob.
and they all do not have light meter...

What else is different?
Thanks.

 13.
Hello, I just purchased leica M3 and stepped into the film world just now.
I was wondering how I can measure the light, using the sekonic 308s.
From my knowledge, I need to approach the subject and measure the light along with the axis through the subject and my lens if I am using the incident light.

So...
In case that my subject is far away from me and I cant approach my subject (such as landscape),
How can I measure the light?
I can only use the reflective mode?
Also, please provide me with any tips using the reflective mode.
Thanks.

 14.
Hello.
Thank you all for my last question, DPP-folder thing.
anyways, I am looking for the right case for my gears, and I am thinking the 2550wf from HPRC.
I like the design, and I think it will fit my usage.
My gears are:
[5D Mark II with vertical grip]
[24-70L]
[70-200 IS II]
[430 II the flash]
Plus usb connector and the charger

Do you think I can fit my all gears in this case?
Case specification says its :

Interior Dimensions

11.22 x 20.08 x 7.83" (28.5 x 51 x 19.9cm) (WxHxD)

And here's the link:http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/588228-REG/HPRC_HPRC2550WFYELLO_AMRE_2550WF_Hard_Case.html

 15.
Hi there.
I am trying to open folders that do not contain any pictures in it, and my computer keeps opening every folders in DPP (When I double-left-click folder). DPP launches, and I cannot see any files in folder(only pictures).
I am using windows7, and I know I can change a default program for files.
But I have no idea how I can change a default program for folders.
Right-click and "open" everytime I try to open a folder is quite annoying...

It does not matter when it opens the image folders, as I use DPP.
Can anyone help me open folders as regular folders? Where can I change the setting?
Thx.
