I was grilling one night and hoping for a hummingbird to come by, so camera in hand. I got bored and shot my glass of chardonnay instead. Settings were all over the place, but I think it turned out ok. Never did see a hummingbird that night...</p><div></div>

<p>I took this while passing along photographic skills to a new generation. My daughter was taking B+W film photos with my old Minolta in Buffalo's downtown cobblestone district. She hasn't developed her film yet, so I don't know how her photo turned out, but here's mine...</p><div></div>

I (again) have to thank my son for catching and borrowing these beautiful creatures from nature and providing me with the opportunity to take a quick photo of them.<br>

I’m on my elbows in the grass just following this guy (or gal) with an off-camera, handheld flash to catch the tongue. Good times, good times.</p><div></div>

<p>A new addition to our family - Maddi. She's kicking up a little dew here as she runs in for a treat.</p><div></div>

My contribution was taken while skiing the other day. I tucked the D90/50mm under my ski jacket - I think I will get that 35mm lens; it should be a little more comfortable.</p><div></div>

<p>I tagged along with Santa this afternoon and captured this young man. He seemed thoroughly focused on the man in the red suit.</p><div></div>
