what is strong here is the internal psychology, I would crop the top third -
I like the elbows, although I can see the critique. I would suggest cropping the top, about third the way down the elbow, to keep the rhythm without distracting. Otherwise very beautiful -
the psychology here, the introspection, the grasping hand,
