love the helical composition; BW totally correct
-
absolutely beautiful and haunting with great composition, and love the dialogue with the chair
-
so penetrating
material possessions mean nothing
spirit is all

a beautiful abstract. I might think of a slight crop at the bottom but your version might be superior. A great image

-
zen like simplicity
-
strong parallel of dancer with shape of the background works well. A tighter crop might be a more graphic additional view.
-
beautiful image and background. A close crop of the dancer showing suggested emotion would also be useful.

absolutely great, the circular tension moving from the hand, through the veil, reinforcing the shape of her face, cutting across the eye and then back through the face. finally the enigmatic expression. even the Kodak border works well
-
another great composition
-
love this delicate structure
-
hint of a smile, penetrating eye, there we are

love the tension in this picture. from the hand through the stick to its upper center, reinforced by the circular background, but at the top of stick as the center of focus, away from that focus to the woman's eyes and hair
-
love this one. Hey no top background. But of course what makes it is the 'mystical' gesture directed at the light, the hidden face.

strong Westonisque sculpture, perhaps a little soft in focus but a strong image
-
love the flower but would cut out the bottom two-thirds of the stem to emphasize the undulations in the flower

I have to cast my vote with Bert, the color version is superior. In the B&W the composition might well have been accented with stronger contrast and perhaps blending with the threshold filter.

I agree with Rachel this is the best of the three. Work with filters and enhanced contrast might contribute to the image.

I like the crossed directional lines, a modern atmosphere

beautiful use of depth of field, compostion and emotional intensity

love this composition. the structure, the background mist opposed to the foreground light, excellent
