Just wondering what you all thought of this. My first foray into
shooting sports.
-
Took this yesterday in NM. Lots of heat waves coming off the ground
which I thought added some feeling to the photo. What do you all
think?
-
Great perspective!
-
Just wondering what you all think. I caught this light looking to
the east at sunset.
-
I'd crop off the top quarter of the frame to make it symmetrical.
-
It's been done before, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be done again.

Hello all. This was taken after a fall snowstorm in the Indian
Peaks, in Colorado. What do you all think of the composition, light,
etc?
-
Nice composition, but the light is harsh and detracts from the picture. Try morning or evening next time.
-
Please let me know what you think. Written comments as well as
numeric ratings are greatly appreciated. Cheers!
-
What do you all think? I have some other new photos in my porfolio
as well, if you want to check them out.

This is a great photo. I like how the backlit tree stands out from the dark background, and the curving trunk gives the tree a human form.
-
Very nice. I wouldn't change a thing.
-
I feel that this photo is too flat. Nothing jumps out at me, and I like to see B&W photos with more snap.
-
Nicholas, I didn't use a polarizing filter. That's just the way it was! Thanks for your input.
-
I like it a lot, however I wouldn't have known it was ice in the photo, had you not said something. I think the curves in the ice are what sets this photo apart.
-
Nice, but I think it could be more interesting by choosing an angle that emphasizes how imposing or large the rocks are. You could post larger scans too, so we can see the picture better.
-
I like the darkness of the trees, and the lightness of the mountains, but I think there could be more mountains and less trees. I like the cloud.
-
I took this shot last summer in the afternoon just before a
thunderstorm hit, and just after finishing a climb of Navajo Peak (in
the distance). Any and all comments are welcome.
-
Any comments are welcome. Do you like the composition? Thanks for
your feedback.
-
Any comments are welcome. It's amazing how close these birds let you
get.
-
Took this shot on my way to Navajo Peak. Written comments are
welcome as well as numerical ratings. Cheers!

Nice photo Justin, but that's not the Diamond. The prominent rock formation in the middle of the picture is called "Ship's Prow", presumably because it looks like a ship's prow. The Diamond is further to the right, on Longs Peak. Where did you end up going after you got up to the Loft? Happy climbing!
-
That's Half Dome, not El Capitan.

Any comments would be helpful. I am especially interested in words,
not just numbers. Thanks a bunch.
