Yes this is much nicer. You could do a couple of spot touch ups, but that is a really minor quibble.

This is a really nice shot. Well composed, good lighting. The only quibble I have is that the person's nose and cheeks are blurred out. This really detracts from the overall effect.

I think the lighting is pretty good, although I would have had the light down a bit, I find the picture looks a little shadowed on the eyes, although that could be the makeup.
Overall a very nice picture.
