Hi
I've just bought a leica IIIf on eprey (yes I know, berate me). I've been using a couple of fed 2's and really like the compact rangefinder. But suddenly had a fear that I may have bought a re-jigged zorki. Everything looks ok in the photos, but the the serial no. is odd. Its No (with the o underscored) then the serial number, not Nr, as I've largely seen before. I guess I'll wait to see the rangefinder cam when I get it, which will give it away. But I wondered, did they use that form of numbering (No, rather than Nr as a prefix).
The feds are fabulous, light, pocketable, the dioptre helps with my aging and failing eyesight, and the standard jupiter lenses are sharp and contrasty. A real pleasure to use. They whetted my appetite for the 'real' thing, so I lashed out. Ahem

Thanks
Apiarist1 (Arthur)
