Thank you for taking time to comment my picture, and thank you for improving it! It's funny, but when you fiddle around with something you don't always see the easy solutions that lies right in front of you! Once again thank you, and thanks for showing me a better version!
  1. Thank you, Barry! As I remember it, I probably used my camera (a Nikon F100) in aperture-priority and f-stop 8. That is actually my favourite setting and I tend to use it a lot, but I might be wrong on this one. I also think it was a rather sunny day. Cold but sunny--that's Minnesota. Now I'm back in Norway and it's the same--cold but sunny! Thanks for your comment--I always like it when people find my pictures interesting!
  2. Thanks for your interest in my picture. Actually, it is a boathouse just outside Stavanger in Norway! The amount of grain is due to the use of the K2 filter and the SFX film--which is supposed to give infrared effects, but I'm not sure it's doing it the way I want it to be.
  3. Thank you for taking time to comment on my picture, but most of all thank you for liking it! I'm sorry I didn't make a bigger scan this time, but I'll update my folder with one soon! I'm a member of a Norwegian photosite as well (www.foto.no), and I followed the standards from there when I made the scan! I don't have a print from it yet, it is only scanned from a colorslide and it is desaturated in Photoshop 5.5.
