Another great spot an hour or two drive is the 12 apostles. Just follow the great ocean road or google it. It's a beautiful drive.

Is there any differences between the scene mode and the picture control mode on Nikon d750? I have not tried the scene mode as of yet but do use a few of the picture control modes. I do shoot in both jpg and raw so I know I can adjust the raw files to my liking after the fact.

I understand contrast in a scene but I keep reading about lenses that are and are not contrasty. What does this mean as far as a lens is concerned? Could you post example of same subject shot with equivalent lens (one "contrasty" and one less contrasty)?
