It looks like I will try the "start new" method on January 1. And keep CNX2 for poking around with older pics. I can always convert them to TIFFs then into Lightroom. Stephen, thanks for the sharing your workflow. I will need to modify mine. <br>
What are you using to ingest images to the computer? Nikon Transfer/View NX, Photo Mechanic? Any suggestions?</p>

<p>I would like to move my workflow from Captrue NX2 to Lightroom 3. I have four years of NEF files that have been post processed using Capture NX. Lightroom does not see the changes made in CNX.<br>
Has anyone made this transition? How did you handle your older images? Can you share your workflow to do this miggration?<br>
