Among the "reading cat" pictures, I like this one the best. In this case it turns out that color is more convincing that B/W. Very nice one.

Thank you for your kind words. I did try hard to compose a picture that does not look like a standard commercial picture of Lake Luzern. Cheers.

Very lovely picture. Focusing on the near foot would help improve the picture. Regards.

These are stained glasses at Prague Castle; probably among the most beautiful
stained glasses I have seen around the world. Click to see the details.
Happy Year of the Ox!

Very creative composition and nice contrasting colors.

Very creative of you, Wilson. And pretty good result, too.

Thanks for taking the time to show me the cropping. That's a way I didn't think of and it indeed looks better. Regards.

This picture shows your talent in photography. Congratulations!

This is a wonderful shot. The composition, including the side of the pool, is just perfect.

Another very successful picture.

This is a beautiful picture, in terms of colors, mood, and composition. Could you share with us the processing technique? Regards.

Very creative and aesthetic. You manage natural color very well. Can you share with us the technical details? I have a clumsy way and I want to see whether you have a better way.
I would rate this picture 7/7 but the system does not allow me to do so for the time being. Will do it later.
BTW, I like this one better than the other similar one you have posted.

A very powerful shot that I keep looking at to find out more. And thanks for commenting my portfolio. I tried to send you a thank you note by email but it bounced back.

I suppose you use auto white balance. In that case, if you like the color produced by your camera, you'd better hold on to it as long as you can. I also find the optical quality of the lens very outstanding, which is the case for many older digital cameras because at that time they needed to compete with conventional cameras and hence they put in very good lenses.
If you look around, you will find that very few digital cameras on the market, if any, can produce natural color at this quality consistently with either auto or preset white balance. In my case, I have a very special but very complicated way to tune my camera, which took me two months to obtain the color you see in my pictures.
