B&W was obviously the best route to go with this one. The reflection in his shades is very sharp. Overall great photo.

Overall I think it's a nice picture, but the face is out of focus and there's not much if any separation between the background and her hair. You actually lose her hair on the back side, which I'm thinking could've been handled with another light or close in reflector.

Alf thanks for your insight on the HALO effect, which I tried for the longest to remove from the image. I also didn't go with a (camera indicated) properly exposed picture because it was indeed dark, and thought it would limit me when merging the pictures. The weather has finally cleared here in Florida, and I'm heading back out to take pictures and will make use of your tips. Once again thanks. 

This is my first attempt using the HDR function of CS5, and wanted to find

out about any known areas that I missed and could improve upon.

Every photographer has their own style and if not a path is taken in which they'll end up getting there. Yes there's some color issues going on with the photo, but overall I think it's a good catch (one in which the couple should be proud to recieve).
