<p>Not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this, but after a quick look I didn't find a photo.et forum related to site features. I may have missed it.<br>

It would be nice to see a slideshow of the images that are a result of search queries just like the slideshow that is available for member folders (and entire portfolios). For example, the image results of "Top Photographs of the last 24 hours", or the results when searching on Tags.</p>

<p>I have been using photo.net for the past year and love it. I have really learned from the images I see here and esp. from the critiques of my and others' images that I read. I am also slowly learning to critique images and will hopefully be more contributive as I progress. So thanks PN.</p>

<p>My question is regarding the many categories that are listed, for instance, when I want to submit an image for critique. Often (not always) I find that I am at a loss to place an image in a particular category. Maybe this is due to my inability to properly interpret (my own!!) images or maybe I'm not sure what fits well into each category.</p>

<p>(Obviously, I'm not talking about, for example, flower or animal or nature images... or those which actually do fit well into one of the categories).</p>

<p>Would this inability to place an image in a category automatically mean it is "abstract"?</p>
