As you, I feel the need to visit the nearby cemetaries in Belgium to take pictures of the funerary art pieces that can be found there. Sometimes I think I'm in an open air museum.
Good b&w conversion of this tombstone that looks quite abandoned and lonely

A nearby tree has been cut and the resulting sawdust gives the impression of orange
painted snow

Heavy overcast skies throw a gentle diffused light on the greens allowing us to see al
its beautiful colors and details. The ice looks like it has been converted into tiny
crystals.

The weeks of snow have been replaced by rains. The snow on this lane refuses to
move.

For some reason I have always been drawn to take photographs of to
statues of angels and cemetery sculptures in general. This statue drew my
attention for its delicate lines and beautiful facial expressions.
