    Hi Charles, Thanks for you comment. GC is truly a magical place. I've been there so many time and it is still different every time I go. Some of these canyon shots are more of a progression of my learning curve. As I learn the camera and software I am better able to bring out in the image the beauty that is there.     Not sure why so many 4's on the one. My only criticism would be that I would've cropped out the to 15 to 20% of the picture. I think the bare grass at the top is a little distracting. Nice though!

    The the light is beautiful. The shadow which takes up almost half of the image however, really diminishes the overall shot for me. I think taking this picture from a different angle or even a better crop would have made a difference.
