Thanks for viewing. Any helpful C&C would be appreciated.

Hello and thanks for viewing. Would the image be stronger if I retained
more detail in the outer surround?
Thanks for any critique, I'm looking to improve.

I sat with this image a while and almost have myself convinced it needs
more contrast, but I also like the subdued tones. Thoughts?

Shot this while he was climbing up Cole Grade Road in northern San
Diego county. Out of the entire series, this is the only one where he
is fairly in-focus. Cropped a bit. Could I have improved anything
while shooting this? I'm trying to improve my "creative gap" between
what I envision before/during shooting and what it actually looks like
in print/on-screen. Thanks for viewing, hope you enjoyed this moment
in time.

Thanks for looking, any help would be helpful!

Thank you for viewing, and hopefully leaving some of your thoughts on
this image. At times I feel it should be a tad bit looser of a crop.
Hope you enjoy!

Hello, thanks for looking. Natural light only (window light in main
room, skylight and window in the room behind her). Looking to learn,
so hit me with the HELPFUL critiques. Only post done was hitting the
"Antique" preset in Adobe Lightroom, and resizing for web.
Hope you enjoyed!

Seems a bit busy, and the pink bikini line (I can only guess that is what is giving the extra color in the region of the joint between human and horse bodies) is very distracting. Your control of light is good through the editing, but it's just a bit too "fantasy" for me.

I like the idea of this shot. The contrasts between the water, the rusty ship and the green/gray of the shoreline make it quite dynamic in that regard. The composition leaves me wanting to see more of the setting and possibly from a lower vantage point, if possible. It is also just a tad over-saturated for my taste. Nice shot, could be better with a bit more refinement.

Thanks for viewing, hope you enjoy. I'm here to learn, so any helpful
critiques or honest opinions would be much appreciated. I shot this
in the shade, there was a big white wall for reflected light. Is the
crop distracting? I sometimes think this should be looser but
sometimes I like it as is.

could have changed to make a stronger image?

Thanks for viewing, hope you enjoy! Any critiques would be welcome.
Is the vignette too heavy/obvious?

Handheld night shot, fairly high ISO for a bit of texture. Any
helpful thoughts would be appreciated!

Is this CTO gelled flash (or car headlights?) below with ungelled flash high camera left? Great shot, however it was done!
