9.
Dorus - I don't think you'd want to trade your ability to make the normal, extraordinary, for my ability to make the ordinary, nice. I take your willingness to trade as high praise.

 14.
Thanks, Duane. Nice shots! I remember my 50-200, it's sitting right here, but my 55-300 is now what is usually on my K-5. On the theme of candids and portraits, here's a few:
Decisions - mustard? chili? water? soda?

I doubt that anyone noticed (due to my lately infrequent postings) but my submissions were taken with a new (to me) Tamron SP 28-75mm f/2.8 lens. It focuses fast due to a barely quarter turn thru entire focus range. This makes it a good walk around lens but for close focus, not so much. I'm still getting used to it. It definitely makes the bag heavier, but having a faster lens with better bokeh is worth it.

Question: with 2 Pentax kit lenses 18-55, 55-200, a 55-300 and a 50mm f/2 M but 3 Tamrons 10-24, 28-75, 90mm macro and a Rokinon 85 1.4, 2 Soligors 28/35 M f/3.5 and 70-160 f/3.5, I feel like I'm barely a Pentaxian. I guess my K1000, KX (film), K10 and K-5 keep me firmly in the fold. It does get scary as Tamron and Sigma stop producing lenses for us and Pentax prices are so high. Not as high as Canikon it's a long time before the piggy bank gets hit again.

Nick - I think I'm actually relieved. You did a great job.
Duane - # 2 is very Addams Family - eerie light.
Matt - Outstanding shots! And what a wife! Hit by lightning and still walking around and a little gun shy? Duh! That last shot is iconic.
Dorus Glad to see you back - really like the last one.

Nick - How did you get such a perfect exposure - clouds, sky, and sunflower petals perfectly exposed. Colors crisp and brilliant and able to see the veins on the flower petals. Great shot!
