<p>Anywhere I can get the best settings for a Nikon D200 with an SB800 flash to do indoor sports?<br>

When outside I like to use Aperture Priority with an F stop as low as it can go. But with the flash attached and set on the auto settings it doesn't work out. Is there best set of settings to use on the flash when the camera is on Aperture Priority?<br>

Any feedback/suggestions welcome.</p>

<p>... 8.0 8 (that last eight is small), would you shoot at 8.5 or 11.0 or does it really matter a whole lot?</p>

<p>My friend says because the scale across the top stops at 11 it means that the camera setting must be set at 11 to be correct. I say the scale across the top is only a suggestion. Who's right?</p>

<p>My friend gets a different meter reading at steadily increasing increments each time. In other words, he can seem to get an average reading. The meter is a Sekonic. Any ideas?<br>
