    In My Room

One of the things I admire most in your photos, Jack, is how you present them. To be able to take an interesting scene and present it as you do sets your work apart. This photo and Under Observation are perfect examples. Sorry I'm been less reliable in commenting on your work than you have on mine. ~~~~L

    The Sunday Funnies

Beautiful work, Carlos.  This may be one for the archives since newspapers are nearly obsolete.  Only those of us  from this gentleman's era still sit down to read one.  ~~~~L

    What We Once Were

I sincerely appreciate your comments since I often fear that the hate is overtaking the sanity and reason in our country. My 6 decades have taught me that the pendulum swings from one extreme to the other.  Still some of the current vitriolic attitudes make we worry that we're headed for the proverbial cliff. I agree with Fred that ignorance is largely to blame but how do you get to those who don't want to know the facts?   Thanks again for reassuring me that I'm not alone in my concern.  ~~~~~~~~~L

    Toward Medicine Hat

Beautiful. Knowing how you connect images to lyrics, this one made me recall the words to "Child of the Wild Blue Yonder" by John Hiatt. An old fav of mine. ~~~~L
