Thanks Shawn. Just took it in natural light with my 300mm zoom...it was hanging from a tree so I just got what was there becuase of the shadows caused by the branches. :0(

Wonderful! Lighting in an aquarium is so hard to work with. Great shot.

Thanks Michael...definitely looks better. I just don't have the time to spend on the finer points of PhotoShop...unfortunately...real job interferes with play time. I'll try this tho'. Best...R

Good point. Sometimes I get carried away trying to find more interesting focal points (the smaller the better) than what would be typical.

Thanks Michael. I cleaned up some of the floatie things in the water, but that was the best I could do. Yes, shooting through glass is difficult.

Thank you Doug. We had a spectacular fall this year in Oregon.

Thank you....what a nice thing to say.

Thanks...just a flower in strong summer sunlight. :0)

Thanks Michael. Yes, I suppose I could clone out the blown spots. I tend not to tamper with the water drop images other than changing background color. In this case there was no need for that...red towel in the background and bright fall leaf. Good point, tho'...if not completed cloned out, maybe just a bit would help.

Well..it's pretty simple...kitchen faucet...flashlight...camera...100mm macro..flash....water drop caught in mid-air...slow shutter speed causes that flash which looks like fire. ....what I see is what you get... :o)
