Well, I took this shot because the lotus was growing in the grass at the edge of a rice field, so cropping the grass might remove some of the meaningful content - if there really is any! Cheers, Adrienne -

Jack, I thank you for your kind words, but I sometimes feel there a lot of people out there who think real photographers don't shoot flowers. That doesn't worry me. There are always some near my front door and I gravitate to them. But also I rarely post photos for a critique let alone a rating, so few notice my work. But I aldo feel that there are too many photographers and too few people with the time and qualifications to comment on all the work posted. Which is what is wrong with PN.
