This is of my Grandson, who had played too hard.

The Fall colors in Arkansas are always a delight. Many scenes such
as this line the country highways. Please tell me what you think.

Very nice shot; wish I was there.

I love the deep blues of the sky and the contrast between the trees. Nice job!

The mood here is wonderful; it feels cold and quiet. Very nice work!

This is a loevly shot with beautiful color, and wonderful composition. The reflexion of the sun on the water leads you gracfully from the beauty of the clouds to the lone figure below. Very nicely done!!

I agree the cropping is tight, yet there was an eletrcial wire that ran clear across the upper portion of the image, almost scaling the very tip-top of the tree. As much as I attempted to rid the photo oft that wire, the more I realized that my best bet was to crop it out. Thank you for your opinions; they're very much appreciated!!

I do like the colors and the scene, yet I do agree that it's overdone. You can tell it's been enhanced to the tenth degree. Being rather new to photoshop elements and working in a digital darkroom, I've often wondered how photographers attained that etheral look, almost like a painting. Some acheive this well, some don't. I agree, however, that a little bit goes a long way. But as I stated earlier, most of what you see here is big-timed enhanced.

I photographed this old farmhouse on a blustery, stormy afternoon.

This photo does have an odd feeling to it. It feels as though it were taken within a studio, with studio lighting. Being new to digital photography and the techniques of post processing (I'm learning!) I wonder how this effect is acheived as I see it in many of the photo's here. This is a beautiful composition, and I like it a lot.
Can this affect be acheived with Photoshop Elements, or does one have to purchase the high price software?
