The strong side light brings out the texture of the rocks, and the square format suits it very well. A good sky too!

I like this a lot, but I feel that the top part of the sky adds nothing to the image.

If you crop it to just above the clouds, I believe it improves what is a very fine shot.

I like the composition and treatment on this shot Simon. It's so easy to see a sunset with the eye, yet when you look at your image later, you find you've burned-out the sun. This looks just fine.
