1.
Well, I Googled "reverse T adapter" and "reverse T-Mount adapter", and with one exception, all the hits were adapters for reverse mounting a lens to a camera using the lens' filter threads. The exception was a 'REVERSE BAYONET T MOUNT ADAPTER for KONICA SLR". I changed the "KONICA" to "Pentax PK" and tried the resulting description as a Google search. No luck. I have found several forums in which such adapters are discussed, and perhaps as I explore these, I'll find a source. The Zykkor bellows for the PK may may be the best alternative. Since I already have several bellows, I'd like to avoid adding another to the collection. Thanks, Jeff.

 2.
Thanks, I've found the bellows you refer to.

 3.
Thanks for your prompt response. I've searched eBay for "inverse T-mount" and "T flange (as described in an old Spiratone ad)" and so far have found nothing. I'll keep looking. I've also Googled both terms without success.

 4.
I want to mount this lens on a bellows which has a female T-mount adapter for the lens. Is there an appropriate adapter--K bayonet to accept lens and male T-mount threads to fit bellows?
Thanks,
CWT
