It is indeed a very good shot. But maybe a tad overdone on the contrast.

Also I would like to see a bit of glimmer to the eyes, maybe just add a highlight to them?

I have to agree with Marc G here. It is a nice picture, one I wouldn't have minded if I had made it. But is far from spectacular. You'd need to clone out the bus (and probably the jeep) to make this better.

Furhermore there is a lot of vignetting going on, to much for my taste. I would like to see the original, just for comparisons.

I like it. I would however question the color of the background.

I find it hard to believe it is natural. Contrast and yellowish color of monastery is great. Greens of background and yellow of sky are a bit to much for my taste.

Natural colors or PP?

The fact that you CAN'T see where he takes off or lands is what makes this one stand out. Love the blue and white. Love the angle. Love the action.
