mugglee 0 Posted January 31, 2009 Natalia, good eye! You've found a lovely moment here. Cheers! Compositionally, I really like it cropped all the way down to the top of the third light post. You would lose the monument in the back but it's another view that works well, I think. Link to comment
junsong 0 Posted January 31, 2009 Beautiful capture!!! 7/7. Love the opposite direction of the red umbrella and the yellow car. Makes a great contrast. Link to comment
eric_alper 0 Posted January 31, 2009 Love that red umbrella. I'd clone out the bus, jeep and the traffic lights. Very striking image. Link to comment

dacamera 0 Posted January 31, 2009 A fabulous image, everything (except I am not so keen on the heavy vignette) is perfect, even the pattern on the shopping bag matches the brolly. Simon Link to comment
Fishermang 0 Posted January 31, 2009 Superb! The strong contrast with the umbrella makes this very interesting and pleasant to view and explore. I have only one suggestion: clone out the light(bulb) on the very left edge. I think it adds more frame to the photo and makes it more defined, now my eyes for some reason get instantly drawn to it after I notice the umbrella. Link to comment

sumon_mukherjee 0 Posted February 1, 2009 Excellent composition.Wonderful tones and very soft colours. I'm not very sure about the heavy vignette ( Simon has already mentioned). Ramunas has correctely noted that the extreme left light on the light-post is distracting the attention of the viewer. But the image is excellent. Thanks a lot for sharing this visual pleasure. Best regards. Link to comment

jason_fudge4 0 Posted February 1, 2009 Nice capture. The contrast between the red umbrella and the whiteness of winter is striking. Also, kudos on working with the horizon to not chop off the subject. My critique: A little awkward with one of the light poles being cut in half. The person is also a little low on the frame. I dig the vignette. Link to comment

o.bilge 0 Posted February 3, 2009 An amazing comp. the only extra in this image is bus: it enters the image in a disturbing way; the rest; monument, lights, jeep, seats describes big environment against a little person.. I agree with a half light pole is awkward, it could be kept as a whole or crop..and there are some white spots on trees; prosesing faults, I think.. welldone... congrats... OB Link to comment
