I'm not usually drawn to photographs of flowers but the somewhat muted range of colour in this image is very pleasing.

There's something very beguiling in her expression. I agree with Philippe's comment that it's very reminiscent of a painting by a Dutch master - I think it's partly the way she looks, but also the composition. It's a very subtle, very satisfying photograph.

You've done it again. Another beautiful shot. I look at your portfolio and I wonder why the rest of us even try.

Personally I like the fact the the lightning isn't centred and the road takes up the bottom right of frame.
This has a very satisfying range of contrast. I like it a great deal.

This is a very strong photo. The position of the cross, the heaviness of the clouds, the expression on the man's face, all convey a powerful sense of mood. I like it a lot.

I have to echo Bill's comments. I also love the look you got with the 3200. All in all, a magnetic photograph.

This is a beautiful photograph. Just beautiful.

Great. I've seen lots of shots of the aurora, but it's the composition of the buildings etc in conjunction here that really works for me. Great photograph.

If memory serves, the bridge is actually brown.
Actually it's grey, Chris. And you were on the Kirribilli side of the bridge, not the Luna Park side. But enough nitpicking, it's a good shot :)

nice composition, but might have been better if you'd gone a little less overboard with the grad/polariser combo.

this is your best photograph so far. it works beautifully.

I'd like to echo Michael Walter's comments. The lack of color is more striking because it's not a total lack of color, and therefore it holds one's interest.
