Pierre, the colors are very nice and the DoF perfect, and the composition is bold - but all these go for you without saying. What I love most here is that the post processing is just exact to retain its natural charm. There are some flowers that do not deserve too much of manhandling, and this is one of them. My best compliments.

I very much  like the contrast of the shillouette tree trunk and the leaves - and the color is wonderful. I also love the line of light along the upper part of teh branch against the dark. The diagonal composition is great.

With this, since you invite criticism, I may add that like some others, I also felt a slight bit distracted by the brighter parts. Would it be better if we crop a part from the upper side? I suppose the topmost right white distracts me most. I wanted to try the cropping - but for some reason, I could not save the image - it comes as a very small gif file and not jpeg and I cannot see it on my pc.

Elegance and richness are the two words that come to my  mind. Very detailed, and crisp. My compliments for a wonderful take, Tony.

With this, I would like to ask you and others - when I try to shoot this kind of flowers and floating leaves in static water and the circling water like a whirlpool around them, the circular water, especially when dark, seems a bit esthetically unappealing to me. Yet, this is how they are - and emit a dynamicity in the image. Is it my idiosyncratic feeling or some others also feel it?
