This is a great capture, it has a monochromatic effect. The rays of light coming through the clouds are very dramatic and basically make this image great.

I am getting the impression, that the horizon line is ascending a bit toward the left, but it may be an optical illusion.

The following are my recommendations:

This is a B+W ideal setup.

Remove everything from the foreground, your subject is the museum not the lamp post and small structure in the front (they distract).

Beautiful and unusual subject, set in an excellent background.

Great capture, nice play with light and shadows.

Great concept, I love this.

Su, from what I see, the only constructive advice I can offer is the following:

You have a unique shape, but the clouds do not help in my opinion (they may even detract).

The subject is the structure, I almost would have liked to see white in the upper part.

I do not know what the original looks like, but the B+W is great.

Huge perspective depth, great detail in the foreground disappearing towards the end and reappearing in the mountain area.

On my screen the colors look a bit over saturated.

Great capture. The only thing I recommend, is to straighten the horizon line.
