    You have the right to your own (positive, neutral or negative) opinion about something, no problem. I suppose, however, you should show quite a lot of art photos (really worthy ones) in your portfolio in order to have the right to give low ratings or to seriously criticize photos from photographers.
    Please don't forget: if you don't understand or don't like something, it doesn't mean that others don't understand or don't like this too.
    Well, tastes differ!.. and some people, non-photographers, have the better artistic taste than some professional photographers... in this case, you hardly convince such a photographer that his (or her) taste isn't so good :).
