It is a beautiful wood :), nice green and the misty shadows in the back, but this three dominant trunks in the front are too dark... i will put some light on them to get some details... maybe in a bigger image looks different -
what do you think about it? -
at midnight?! how camera can twist the reality :)))
i think it is little over exposed, ...that bright spot on the sky... because it distracts me, but i like colors and composition

I have a feeling that you have two photos here. I would cut it above those two trees. Beside that it is very nice landscape :) -
It draw me in side, because of this lines on the ground, and shadows.. :) -
