Interesting photo...is this person a woman? I am not entirely sure. Thats not a slam at the person, its just a rather androgynous picture.
Anyway, nice range of tones, interesting composition.

I like the angle, and nice skin tones/texture, but I am a little bothered by the softness of the focus in the foreground. I think I would prefer a more uniform sharpness.

I like the shadow, but the hand is a little distracting. Nice grain in the skin of the stomach.

 

 

It does surpise me that anyone could describe this image as pornographic. There is no genitals, no breast, and a mere outline of the gluteal cheek. I have seen Renissance paintings that were more explicit.

I can see that it might be offensive but only you make assumptions about what I am trying to say...

 

 

My god, another woman here on Photo.net, is it possible? Seriously, thanks for commenting...I don't think I'd do a bun, though, because the hair falling foward masks my body, which I planned. It makes it a less revealing nude. But I will consider slicked back hair for other poses....

What is true is that I changed the title of the image to include the word "fireplace" *after* that comment was posted. So, the hint was not there!

Wow - very interesting! I thought this was an infra-red photo when I first saw it. I shoot with a 950 myself, its great to see digital images that (to me) stand up to silver halide.

There is something a bit...sensual about this photo. The gelato looks very inviting, and the spoon is a tempation to take a bite. To me, this picture invites thoughts of self indulgence.
