the solemn face and the hat don't feel like they go together to me.  I think I'd rather see her smiling with that on.  I'd probably have also used a brighter background color.

I'd agree it is too soft and too much processing done to the eyes.  Some of the others you've posted are a bit worse, but just takes practice.

needs better lighting, and I'd prefer the flower in the middle of the picture to be a bit more to the camera's left or lower so she is more visible.

the main problem you have here is the shutter speed is too slow. Not sure what it actually is, but needs to be closer to 1/400. Try raising ISO on your camera to maximum and use the lowest aperture number you can on your lens (shooting in manual is a good idea). See if you can get 1/400, ISO 1600 or higher if your camera supports it.

Hard to comment without knowing the intent of the photo, I assume all the lines or reflections are photoshopped in? The face itself is pretty obscured and seems blurry, and a bit green. Maybe white balance was off, or was it intentional?

seems a little over-exposed, the background takes away from the face. Maybe use a reflector or flash to brighten her up a bit so the background can be darker.

Photo taken with tokina 11-16 lens and hotshoe mounted vivitar 285hv

using Lumiquest Promax bounce with white insert. Exposure set for the

    sky and flash adjusted accordingly.
