  1. The sharpness is not what it should be. A vertical composition might work well too, especially if you could remove the really bright areas on the upper left. The cleft in the foreground cliff-face and the incoming waves would make a powerful shot, especially with the birds higher up.
  2. I agree with the other comment about the lighting: but sometimes you have to take what you can. Perhaps zooming into the shadows a bit or metering differently would have helped: a split ND would do the trick.

I think stronger focus would have helped a lot: I get a generally fuzzy feel to the image, which detracts a little bit.

This is an excellent picture. At first glance I thought, "Oh great, a bikini shot. How original." Then it become clear that it isn't that at all: a wonderful surprise and excellent composition.

The sneakers make this picture: it reminds me a Buddhist monk I saw at a monastary in Hong Kong walking by with a can of Coke, the red loud against his gray robes. It is a shame that the walls and rocks are overexposed though.
  3. This pictures would be more powerful if you cropped to the orchid so taht it fills the whole frame. The leaf and stem on the right and the petals on the left detract from the gorgeous flower in the center.
  4. I really like this picture: the framing through the arch is very nice, as is the gradation of tone from the shadow to the midtones to the highlights.

I think darkening the sky slightly would help with the separation from the buildings, and the drop shadow around the print is unnecessary, in my opinion.
